THOMAS JOHN DIDDLE 67, of Boynton Beach,FL died on August 12, 2010. Tom was born December 29, 1942 in Chillicothe, Ohio, He has resided in Florida since 1952. He was the son of Basil Diddle and Helen Ratcliff. He is survived by his loving wife, Lettie of 41 years, sons Christopher Diddle, Mark and Terry Blair, nephews and niece Joe, Tim and Rena Diddle, he was predeceased by brother Jerry Diddle Tom was world renowned collector and historian of the Worlds Columbian Exposition 1892 in Chicago. He was a published writer, accredited in many books and videos. Tom was member of Florida United Numismatic, Worlds Fair Columbus Society, American Numismatic Assoc., American Postal Society, Tropical Post Card Club, Tokens And Metals Society, Exposition Collector's Historic Organization, Christopher Columbus Philatelic Society, Sunshine State Spooner Society, Boynton Beach Historical Society, Phileas Society. Tom will be missed deeply by loving family and friends whose lives were enriched by his presence and knowledge of World Fairs. Tom loved being near or on the water, where his ashes will be interned.
