To all my cousins, and their families.
Boy,your Dad was special. When our kids would visit their grandparents, Lou and Gloria, they would always look forward to a trip to the ranch. I loved getting Uncle Vinny's calls around the holidays when he was looking for my folks. I think of your Dad and smile. How could we not. He was larger than life. I'm glad I got to see you Vince. Sorry I didn't get to see everyone else. He left a great legacy. Have a full and happy life.
Love,
Linda Biundo Nelson and family, Mike,Drew and Trevor

To the La Mariana family, my heart is heavy for your loss and the loss of others who loved him so. 'Cousin Vinnie' as he was known to me, was an unusually loving and caring man who had a twinkle in his eye and a smile on his face. All wjo knew him are greatly impacted by this loss and ours so enriched by knowing him. Let God's gentleness and compassion be with us at this very difficult time.

Words cannot express the great loss that I and my family now feel with the passing of "Vince". For over 25 years Vince was not only a friend but a second father to me ..I have had the honor of serving with Vince on the Okeechobee Utility Authority as well as an officer under his command with the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Search & Rescue.
Vince, Our Family will dearly miss you and I will miss our daily conversations. You will always live on in our "hearts and minds forever".
