Walter PIERCE Obituary
In Loving Memory of Walter Zachary Pierce, "Zak", 42 of Lantana, Florida passed from this life on Feb. 10 2014. He is survived by his mother Jessie L. Pierce and sister Jessie E. Pierce-Wetjen. Predeceased by father Walter H. Pierce. Zak will be sadly missed and leaves behind many loving family members and friends. As a small child, Zak tinkered with wheels, gears, motors, anything mechanical... As a teen, Zak spent innumerable days and nights at the science museum where he ran the laser-light shows in the planetarium. With his intellect and natural curiosity of electronics and computers, Zak was often the first one called upon when anything needed fixing. As an adult, Zak found his greatest pleasure in the world of science, abstract art, computers and robotics. He was founder and C.E.O of Clockworks Computing. There will be a Celebration of Life Service on Wednesday, February 19 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with the service at 7:00 PM at Del Lago Chapel, 131 S Lakeside Dr., Lake Worth, Florida.

My husband and I worked with Zak for many years. He was always so nice, professional, and extremely helpful. He came to our home numerous times at all hours and literally watched my children grow up. We are deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He will be greatly missed!!!!

We were all so heartbroken to learn today that Zak had passed on. He was always so kind, helpful and smart, always taking care of any computer issue we had. Our hearts go out to his family and he will be missed terribly.

Zak was a lovely, patient and kind professional that always went the extra mile in his work. He generously shared his knowledge and skill; he proved himself trustworthy in both the large and small tasks. Zak will be missed for the manner of his work even more than his performance.
