Walter was a great guy. So kind and thoughtful. He took me to Homecoming in 1983. I still can't believe he's gone. He will be missed. He will always be in my heart. ( and everyone else's )

Walter was a kind-hearted guy with a willingness to serve others. He always made me laugh and knew how to light up a room. What I remember most about him was how much he loved his wife, Amanda and being on his boat. God bless you Walter. Rest In Peace. You will be missed.

Walter will be truly missed. He was a wonderful person always smiling and brightened up the day. I have seen him at least once a month for years and years and there is an empty place in my heart now. I know his friends and family now have not only a guardian angel but a guardian fishing angel His memory will always be with us and may his family find some peace in knowing that a kinder , more thoughtful person never existed. Prayers , hugs, and lots of love being sent to all his familly. You will forever be missed but never forgotten. Gone way to soon. May God feel as lucky to have him in heaven as we did on earth
