William CRUTCHLEY Obituary
Dr. William Frederick Crutchley, Jr., of Boca Raton, FL and formerly of Elizabeth City, NC, passed away on Tuesday, January 28, 2014 at his home. He is survived by his beloved wife, Louise Crutchley. The family will receive friends from 10:00am - 11:00am on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Road, Lake Worth, FL., 33449. Funeral service will be held at 11:15am. Interment with military honors will follow at South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to: Wounded Warriors Project, Inc., 4899 Belfort Rd, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256, or woundedwarriorproject.org.
