Bill and I were at the Naval Reserve center in Riviera Beach at the same time. We enjoyed some great times together. Because of military service we went our separate ways. My condolences to his loved ones. I have great memories of him.

We knew Bill as our neighbor in the early '80s. He had a good work ethic, was good to his parents, and enjoyed having family around him. We extend our sympathy to Dennis and to Bill's family.
