Kari Singh Obituary
Kari passed away just 11 days before her 30th wedding anniversary to her husband, Bruce Jay Singh. She loved her son Hunter Gray Singh dearly and took her step children Kylee Lynn Singh (married to Nicholas Fernella), Bruce John Singh (married to Courtney Singh) in as her own. She had long prayed for grandchildren and in her last six years of life was a devoted "Nani" to her grandbabies Johnny, Taj, Nico, and Palmer.
Kari is survived by her mother Della Benson, father Larry Gray, step mother Lenora Gray, her brothers Thomas Gray (married to Deborah Gray), Buddy Gray (married to Cynthia Gray) and preceded in death by Sanford (Sandy) Gray along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins who she adored dearly.
Kari had a long career of administrative support working at First Interstate Bank, Bank of Arizona, Steve Dahm Farms, Donbee Farms, Dune Company, Gray's Stage Stop and retiring in December 2024 from Imperial Valley Compost.
Kari's smile was one that could light up a room, her laugh is one you never want to forget. She had a great sense of humor, likely inherited from her dad and loved to teach her kids and grandkids silly things. Kari devoted her life to caring for her family, many friends, and the Imperial Valley Community. She was kind, compassionate and faithful to her christian values.
Kari was an active member of the Church of Christ in Brawley, CA, and spent many years leading Sunday School for the young churchgoers. She enjoyed visiting her parents almost daily, hosting holiday dinners in her home, and snuggling with her grandbabies.
Kari will be honored in a service at Frye Chapel in Brawley on April 3, 2025 at 10am with lunch to follow. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the
Church of Christ in Brawley, CA or to a charity of your choice that benefits local children.
Kari is deeply missed but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
