David Bier Obituary

David B. Bier passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, in Normal, Illinois. He was deeply loved and widely respected, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, connection, and joy that touched everyone he met. He had a rare gift for making others feel seen, heard, and welcomed, often sharing laughter, wisdom, and unforgettable stories along the way. He is survived by his loving daughter, Demi Bier, and his cherished granddaughter, Nevaeh, who brought him endless happiness. He is also survived by his sister, Karen Reineke, and her husband, David Reineke, along with many loving nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of dear friends. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Leota Stielow and David T. Bier.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 18th at 2:00 p.m. at 504 N Walnut St. in Leroy, Illinois. Honoring a man who truly lived well and spread peace, joy, and love wherever he went.

Jeff again, ask Dave R if he remembers me, I do him. My last memory of Davey b he was hauling water. Couldn't even tell you the year. Always had a smile
