Don Smith Obituary
Don Eugene Smith of Minonk, Ill., passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the age of 92 at the Illinois Veterans' Home in LaSalle, Ill.
All services will be held at Ruestman Harris Funeral Home in Minonk, Ill. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 7th at 10 a.m., with a visitation held prior to the funeral from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Burial with military rites will be held at Minonk Township Cemetery in Minonk.
Memorial contributions may be made to Minonk Baptist Church in Minonk (make checks payable to Minonk Baptist Church) or to the Illinois Veterans' Home in LaSalle (make checks payable to IVH – LaSalle). Online condolences and tributes may be sent to the family at www.ruestmanharrisfuneralhome.com.
