What an incredibly, beautiful soul, Gerry was. She had such an impact on me, that I always loved to see her, in the store. Gerry treated me as family, from day one. Even my wife, recalls how Gerry gave Debbie, her first night of uninterrupted sleep, after our first born, came into this world. I´ve always loved Gerry, and my life is a little sadder, because she´s gone. She only brought joy, into this world, and I´m thankful for her, and for her family.

I remember when we skipped school one day. We hid behind some bushes as we watched our bus pull away from the gas station that was going to Holy Child. We thought we were so cool. Went to hide in my house but it was locked. Haha The Joke was on us! A very stressful, not so cool day. I don´t think our parents ever found out. RIP my friend

"Gerri" was special. Her smile and laughter are memories that have not faded in all these many years since our HS Graduation in 1965. Unfortunately, like so many other childhood (HS) friends, we lost touch many years ago, settin off and making our own "marks" on the World.
When I heard the news from a FB Post by her Sister, Therese, the memory in my mind was a picture of her beautiful face, her smile and her contageous laughter that I still remember from 59 years ago. I feel sad that we lost touch but in "catching up" I learned of her life, so full of purpose and experiences that she shared with the World.
May her family find strength and peace knowing Gerri truly made a difference. God Bless

I met Gerri when I was about 13. She always had a smile on her face and was so fun to be around. My sympathy goes out to her family.
