Rest in peace Joe, you were one of the nicest, kindest, generous, and well respected people in my life. I have many fond memories of you and will cherish them the rest of my life. You are now at peace with your son Joe who is still missed so much. Another star has been added to the heavens as a light has been taken from our lives.

My deepest sympathy to the family of one of Streator's "finest gentlemen". He sold me the first property that I developed in Streator and was a friend to the end, over 50 years.
