I was so sorry to hear of Nancy´s passing. I had the opportunity to work with Nancy at State Farm. In 1984, I joined SF right out of college and was assigned to the same unit that Nancy was in. One of my responsibilities was supporting Nancy in her work in issuing changes to agent´s computer systems (ECHOs). Nancy was very good at her work, and she was a key player in making sure all the changes came together and got applied when they needed to. It was demanding work, and a mistake could have disastrous consequences, but Nancy did it right. I sat with Nancy for a time and remember her smile and her laugh. She was fun to work with and I appreciated her support for me as a new kid on the job. Through my extended career at SF, I worked with hundreds (and hundreds) of people, but I have to honestly say that Nancy was one of the best I worked with. I´m praying for God´s comfort for your family during this time.
