Randy graduated from Normal Community High School and then graduated from Illinois State University in 1977 with a degree in Agriculture. Each calving season he was totally immersed in the care and comfort of the cows and their calves.

Randy I can see you walking in the Shady green pastures of heaven where God has cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and I will join you there my precious husband.

Randy was an active member of the Hudson Christian Church. He was baptized on August 10, 2003 by then Pastor Bill Vandevoort.

Memorials may be made to the Hudson Christian Church or the McLean County Extension Foundation supporting the Beef Production.

A celebration of Life gathering will be held at the Hudson Christian Church to be announced in the spring.
