Shirley Diane (Remus) Voss
Aug. 23, 1951 - March 31, 2024
PEKIN - Shirley Diane (Remus) Voss, 72, of Pekin, passed away at 10:27 p.m. Sunday, March 31, 2024, in the Emergency Department of Carle Health Pekin Hospital. She also formerly lived in Mackinaw, Bloomington and Springfield.
Born August 23, 1951, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Albert Gustave and Agnes Pauline (Korthalz) Remus.
Surviving are two brothers: James Carl (Linda) Remus of Hopedale and Gary Lee Remus of Danvers. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers: Robert Remus, Alfred Remus and Arthur Remus; and four sisters: Mildred Kuhn, June Hume, Virginia Taylor and Carol Remus Hafley.
Cremation has been accorded by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Pekin. Inurnment will be in Stouts Grove Cemetery in Danvers.
