Steven Tyler

May 20, 1966 - January 20, 2025

McLEAN - Steven Tyler, 58, of McLean, passed away Monday, January 20, 2025 at his home.

He was born on May 20, 1966, in Bloomington to Max and Sue (Davis) Tyler.

Surviving is his mother, Sue Tyler of Stanford; brother, Jonathan Tyler of Normal; and sister, Melinda Tyler of Stanford. He is preceded by his father.

Steven graduated from Olympia High School and Illinois State University.

He was the owner and operator of semi-truck. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and was an avid reader.

His funeral will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at Haenel-Oswald Funeral Home in Minier. Visitation will be one hour prior. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Stanford.

Memorials can be made to American Diabetes Association or a charity of donors choice.
