I am so sorry for the loss of a great guy. I just love Dan...we've known him for at least 30 years..probably more. No matter what, he always had that devilish grin and laugh, and he always made me laugh. I'm going to miss you, Dan. We both are going to miss you. Lots of love on your journey.

A little story to share. One day in elementry school my dad came and had lunch with me. When he went to leave my fellow classmates starting making fun of his built basically calling him fat. I went running to find him in the car getting ready to leave I was up set I told him what happen and he took me back to class and told the students "This is not fat, its muscle" sense that day I have looked at my dad any other way he was not fat it was muscle. This is for you daddy

We knew something was wrong in a heart beat.
You got tired with each passing day
Till the Lord said, "Come my child," and with him you would stay.

God took you home to be with him
A perfect body you will have once again.
We know you didnt go with out a fight
Kicking and screaming till you saw the bright light.
Your pain is gone
