Daniel L. Uhlry

DANIEL L. UHLRY Also known as "Dano", passed away September 8, 2012 in Kewanee Ill. at the age of 71. Dan was born 3-8-1941 in Alberhill CA. He was the son of Daniel H. Uhlry and Grace A. Uhlry. Dan attended grade school in Alberhill and graduated at E.U.H.S. in 1960. He worked for several years at the Elsinore Fire Dept. and also in Orange County Dept. of Forestry. He later worked for Big O Tires in Lake Elsinore and worked for Town and Country Towing. Dan moved to Cambridge, IL. in 2010 after his wife Linda passed. Dan is survived by 4 children, Daniel L. Uhlry Jr. of Cambridge, IL, Suzette Gibbons of Tahoma, CA, Scott Uhlry of Reno, NV, Kimberly Smith of Truckee, CA; 7 grandchildren: Robert of Riverside, CA, Erin of Tahoma CA, Daniel of Laguna Niguel, CA, Kasey of Laguna Niguel, CA, Tera of Burlingame, CA, Cameron of Truckee, CA, and Joshua of Cambridge, IL. He is also survived by sisters, Grace Macintosh of Burney, CA, Wanda Abbott of Texas City, TX, Frankie Bullard of Lincoln, CA, and brother Richard Uhlry of Winona MO; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by sister Beverly Hedges.
