David Brewer Obituary

DAVID LAWRENCE BREWER Age 72, passed away on December 7, 2011 at his home in Perris, California. David was born in Long Beach, California to Clayton and Dessa Brewer. He spent his early years in the mountains of Crestline. His parents moved to Perris where he graduated high school. David joined the Army in 1959 and later became a Master Sergeant in the Air Force Reserves where he was a flight engineer on a C130. He was a member of the 303rd Rescue Squad based at March Air Force Base. He worked for the Department of Corrections at CRC in Norco, CA. He had many interests, but among those he loved best were flying, gardening, fishing and traveling in his 5th Wheel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton and Dessa White Brewer; brother, Stephen Brewer; son, David T. Brewer and son-in-law, Timothy Barnett. He is survived by his wife, Frances, of 45 years; daughters, Alisa Brewer Barnett, Perris, CA, Diane Wigginton, Sacramento, CA, Deborah Brewer DeLeon, Pflugerville, TX; son, Raymund Brewer, Perris, CA; daughter-in-law, Corinne Brewer, San Diego, CA; sons-in-law, Martin DeLeon and David Wigginton; fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He is also survived by his constant companions, Ginger and Miss Kitty, who were loves of his life. Services will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of LDS, 225 Mildred Street, Perris, CA on Monday, December 19th. Viewing at 9:00 am and funeral at 9:30. Interment at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA. Miller-Jones Mortuary, Perris, CA officiating.
