I just did a search trying to find my old friend from Clark Elementary School in Cheyenne, so I am just seeing this now. We first met in Mrs. Yokam´s 4th grade class in the 1962-1963 year, and then we were in Mr. Sanford´s 5th class together too, until 1964 when my father got transferred from Warren AFB down to Florida, and then we lost touch. Now and then I would think of him and other classmates at Clark, and I always remembered him as a good friend and a good person who everyone liked.

I love you so much, Dad. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you. You were such a light in my life, it feels dark most of the time without you. I sure hope the pain gets softer, but I also realize it hurts so much because of how much I love you, unconditionally. A love that will never be broken. I hope you are dancing and having fun in heaven.

I send out my prayers to the family I'm so sorry for your loss . David you made me laugh you made me cry all in a good way. The way you always talked about your kids and grandkids so much love . We would sit in your living room and listen to music and you would sing and then you brang out the harmonica and I would just listen in awe you always put a smile on my face . When you called me I could tell that something was wrong I wished you had called me sooner but I came right over and showed you how to use my breathing machine you told me you were going to hospital next day and when I tried reaching you there was no answer .I'm so sorry I didn't know until yesterday my heart just dropped who am I going to dance with we saved every dance for us I miss you so much . RIP my friend you are in God's hands love you Melody and Daniel

So very sorry to hear about the passing of Dave. We spent many summers together growing up in Cheyenne. Our senior year was a summer to remember. Sorry we didn't stay close after going separate ways. Dave was a great guy and I will never forget the good times we had.
