Just acquainted him and his wife, Mary Ann when I went to CSDR in 1966 for the Class graduation. We had a brief conversation there and at Gallaudet College in the Fall of 1966. I have video when he was a young student at CSDR. To Howard's wife, Mary Ann and her family, please accept my condolence on passing their loved one. Rest in Peace...

I met Howard when I was 3 years old at John Tracy Clinic, he was also my classmate at Mary E Bennett Elementary School, and I met him again at CSDR in the high school. We were in the same class 1966 at CSDR, too. He was a wonderful friend and classmate. We will miss him very much. RIP
