Reginald Wills Obituary

10/29/1944 - 6/06/2022 Reginald was born in North Attleboro, MA, to Christine and Reginald O. Wills. He moved to California when he was 17 and proudly joined the Army. He was stationed in Germany where he held a Top Secret clearance as a typist for the Generals. After leaving the Army in 1966, he went to work as a store manager in New York where he met his future wife, Patricia. They decided on the day they met to marry, and they had a beautiful 54 years together. It truly was love at first sight. Reggie and Pat moved to California in 1968. He attended Cal State/Fullerton and received his B.A. in English. Reg started a roofing business and was a successful contractor for 45 years. Barbecuing was his favorite pastime, along with golf and riding around on his red scooter. He is survived by his wife Pat; son Timothy (Alison); daughter Amy Ohm (Michael); and three grandchildren, Caden Wills and Emily and Chase Ohm. He will be laid to rest in the Riverside National Cemetery on July 11, 2022, at 11:45am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Assistance League of Riverside, 3707 Sunnyside Drive, Riverside, CA.

In the 1950s Massachusetts summers, visiting Reggie in Attleboro, we swam in a bend in a clear water stream in the woods, visited his friend Goss up the street, looked through the windows of Reggie's one room schoolhouse, closed for the summer.

Now, it's time for relief from burden, Cousin Reggie.
