Devotion to team, positive energy, strong effort flowed in her veins, and Alissa impacted people with these attributes. It was an honor to get to know Alissa during the middle school sports seasons. Although we moved for high school, we kept up on her many achievements and have no doubt that there was a fully rewarding and blessed life ahead for Alissa. She will be missed by many! Our family extends our open and soft hearts to the Lofstrom family, as we cannot possibly comprehend the totality of your loss of Alissa. We have prayed for you all. Please accept our warm sympathies.

I am so very sorry for the lost of this beautiful soul and the deep heartache of her passing that will be in all your hearts evermore. From what I read in this loving obituary, she was following her bliss. So few people do. I can not imagine what you must feel. I am so very sorry for your loss.

May the memory of your beloved daughter greet you in the morning and send you off at night
May love never be a burden to weigh your soul for it is only our imperfections by which we know the treasure we have lost. Bless her memory.

What an amazing and wonderful young woman. She always had a smile and a zest for life! I would say Rest in Peace but I know that she will always be active in my memory, doing all kinds of fun things and I can't imagine her just resting....

Every encounter I had with Alissa was nothing short of delightful. She truly brightened any space she occupied. The world has lost a shining star. Even in her short life, Alissa made such a positive impact that her light will surely remain and she will never be forgotten. I´m holding you all close to my heart.
I have also lost a child - if there´s ANYTHING I can do to help - day or night - 24/7 - please call on me. I am here for you.
Lots of love ~ Mitzi

I remember Alissa and Eva as young girls at 5 Acres with my own daughters. I have good memories of this charming young lady and she proved to be most capable in her adolescent years as you can see from the obituary. Mary and Ken are community members of great value to the Sequim and Clallam County. I was deeply saddened to learn of Alissas accidental death and it is terrible for a parent to lose a child at any age but certainly so early.
I believe Alissa had a very successful future and we have lost one of the best young ladies Sequim has sent forth to the world. Is a loss for all of us but especially the family. Eva sorry for you loss especially as she was a twin. You are also an amazing young lady and I wish you and your family brighter days in future. Take the time you need to recover and stay strong.

Ken, Mary, Kayley, and Eva,
I am so sorry. Alissa would, of course, want colorful clothing, music , art making and a feast at her Celebration of Life. She would want everyone to sing, "Make new friends and keep the old, one is silver and the other gold...". She would want you to know - that in the deepest grief - her beloved family - is surrounded by friends who care and can hold space for you - I - and so many others - are holding space for you. The grieving candle in our home will be lit. Sacred winds. Love and light.
