Cheryl Cain Obituary
1979-2009Cheryl Cain, age 29, was taken from those who love her to early in her young life. Cheryl was born August 2, 1979 the oldest child of Danny and Peggy Cain. Cheryl grew up and lived most of her life in Cantonment. She loved animals and never met a stranger. All who truly knew her loved her.
Cheryl was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Belvin R. Cain (Paw paw) and her maternal grandfather Daniel Baker Lee.
Left to mourn Cheryl's memory is her mom and dad Danny and Peggy, sister Cindy (Jeremy) Jarvis, brother Daniel (Stacey) Cain, Granny Annette Cain, grandparents Bill and Ann Helms, special niece and nephews whom she loved dearly Hunter Cain, Emily and Wyatt Jarvis they will miss her. She will also be missed dearly by Linda and Rylee Cain, Lynn Riddle her closest friend and cousin, and many more friends and family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, March 30, 2009 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home North-Cantonment with Rev. John Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Clear Springs Cemetery in Clear Springs, Alabama.
Serving, as pallbearers will be Howard Finley, James Courson, Daniel Cain, Josh Bondurant, Corky Eby and John Gibbs.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, March 29, 2009 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.
Faith Chapel Funeral Home North, 1000 Highway 29 South Cantonment is in charge of arrangements.

It's just not fair for cheryls life to be taken from her. She had her whole life ahead. I can only have piece with her gone knowing she is in such a better place now. I am so sorry we lost touch these last few yrs. I miss you so much. I love you and will cherish our memories.

Dear Mr and Mrs Cain, I worked with Cheryl a few years ago when she worked at the Animal Hospital of Pensacola. She was the sweetest girl and very hardworking. She truly loved working with animals. I am so sorry for your loss.

Danny & Peggy, I just found out about Cheryl yesterday. I never met her, but Danny, I remember how proudly you always spoke of her accomplishments. My heart hurts for you. I knew Cheryl back in middle and high school before I moved away and there was always that something special about her that kept her in my thoughts and prayers for the entire thirteen yearsI was gone. i didnt know cheryl all that well, but i was best friends with her brother for a while before we started our families. i hung out with her once and was going to hang out with her again but never got the chance. she was a very sweet person and didnt deserve to be where she is. my deepest condolences and prayers are with the whole Cain family everyday. Cherly was my childhood play pal, my summertime confidant, my bridesmaid, my cousin. She taught me how to respect an animal and ride a horse, how to make a dream home out of a playhouse, and how to love with conviction. I will live the rest of my life wishing for one more day with her.

I remember being young and Cheryl, Lynn, and I dancing around a fire playing indians. As years pasted I would see her compete in the rodeo's. To the Cain family, I cant even begin to imagine what grief you must feel, I went to high school with Cheryl and not one unkind memory comes to mind of her, she was always so kind and thoughtful with a big heart, and although I didnt have contact with her after high school, I am sure her kind nature was even greater then before. Cheryl was very loved by all members of our family. During her high school years and after she was a very welcome part of our family. Which she still was to the present time. The pictures and memories of her we have, will be treasured forever. She was beautiful women inside and out.With a very loving personality.
