Clinton Stone Obituary
Milton - Clint passed away at Santa Rosa Medical Center in Milton on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at the age of 79.
Clint served in the U.S. Navy for four years and was appointed into the Metropolitan Police Department, Washington D.C. on November 26, 1962 and retired as a Lieutenant on November 27, 1980. He moved to Milton, Florida and began working for the Santa Rosa Sheriff's Office of Corrections in 1982 and retired in 1996.
Clint was preceded in death by both parents Linda (Ball) Webb and George H Stone; wife of 38 years Jean Elizabeth Stone; granddaughter Christina Stone, and brothers: Roy Stone, Herbert Stone, and Tommy Stone.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 10 years Joyce (Hall) Stone; children: Norma Jean Stone (Mac Wilson), Clinton G Stone (Connie), Chris Stone, Laura Kelly (Paul), Troy Stone (Teresa); step-sons Chris White of Cross Lanes WV and Brandon White of Charleston WV; brothers: Wayne Thomason (Sandy) of Big Bear California, Philip Ball (Judy) of Wilmington NC, Terry Stone (Anne) of Charleston WV, Franklin Stone of Spencer WV; sister Sandy Bruner (George) of Charleston WV; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. Clint will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews extended family and dear friends.
A funeral service in memory of Clint will be held on Tuesday October 30, 2018 at Trahan Family Funeral Home at 6539 Trammel Dr., Milton FL 32570 at 2:00 pm with visitation beginning at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow in the family plot at Crain Cemetery. Rev. Jay Blocker, Jr. will officiate.

I am Serinity Regan Nicole White, one of Pawpaws ten Grandchildren. He was my best friend, and his memory will always be kept close to my heart. Although I myself was not able to attend the service, I still pray he has a peaceful rest in heaven. We love you, Pawpaw. God bless...
