To the McNair Family, I am truly sorry for your loss. Mr. McNair was one of the finest men I have ever met. I still think of him every time I hear a Merle Haggard song! I can see him singing along and afterwards saying, "No one sings like Merle!" You are all in my thoughts and prayers. With my deepest sympathy, love, and respect,

I found this picture from Armstrong when I was putting together my dad's 90th birthday slideshow. I thought you would like to see it.
