Fran was such a wonderful, talented woman!!! The FOSTER kids' and ISERN kids' grew up together across the street from each other in Harbourview Circle..............................My childhood memories are still very fresh today. I shall ALWAYS remember Fran teaching Scott and I how to swim in late spring of 62, right before the PCC pool opened up for summer. I can see FRANCELLE in her black 1 piece suit w/a fabulous tan! Bill certainly adored her and now Fran is at peace and home with her sweet Bill.......
My thoughts are with Scott, Karen, and Rollie during this period of mourning.
Much love, Leslie

Miss Fran was a wonderful person and great friend to my mother-in-law; Eleanor Swinford. Many days were enjoyed with her at the Bayshore with her grandson Nolan and our daughter. May you always remember the joy and happiness that she brought to her family and friends. Carol Swinford
