I am very sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I relieved him at CINCPACFLT in 1978. During that short time together, I knew him to be a good friend and a consummate professional. Please accept my condolences.

Susan and Family,

I just learned of John's death and my heartfelt condolences to your family. John and I served in Marrieta, WA and Espie and I were your witnesses at your wedding. Memories dim with time, but a friend is imprinted forever. I remember John Peter as such a friend. Circumstances didn't allow our families to see each other again, but the memories remain. My thoughts and prayers will be that Almighty God grant him eternal peace and rest.
