Kimberly Bennett Obituary

Kimberly Ann Bennett

4/19/1965 to 3/20/2014

Kimberly lost her battle to cancer surrounded by family and friends at her bedside.

A memorial service was held at Myrtle Grove United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Steve Rascoe. Kim is survived by her husband, Mickey Bennett, daughters Brooke and Brinlee, mother Mary Stearns, Father Walter Solchenberger (Gwen), brothers James Solchenberger (Jennifer), Jason Solchenberger (Amy), sister Ticia Wiggins, and numerous loving nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

Special thanks to Martha Watson, life long friend who gave round the clock care to Kim at home and in the hospital, Covenant Hospice, truly an angel in time of need; also to West Florida Hospital and Cancer Center, Kim, Dawn, Brie, Barbara, Natalie and Jeannie and for all their compassionate and loving care.

Kim was an amazing woman. I admired her strength, faith and ability to smile even at the toughest of times. She inspired me and still does. I miss her already, but find peace in knowing that she is with the Lord now, without pain or worry. I am so thankful to have known Kim, even if it was for a short time. My prayers are with her family and friends at this painful time.

To Mrs. Bennett's Family,

My family and I knew her from Dr. Wolff's office where my daughter was a patient for many years. She was always so pleasant and kind to our family.

We are so sorry for your loss. Please accept our condolences.
