Lillian Mooneyham Obituary

LILLIAN MOONEYHAM
1927-2007

Lillian Mooneyham, age 79, of Milton, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2007. She was a native of the Malone, FL area, and has been a resident of NW Florida all her life. Mrs. Mooneyham was a former employee of the First National Bank until 1978, when she left to work with her husband's business, Mooneyham Heating and Air Conditioning. She was a faithful member of Bagdad First Assembly of God, where she was active teaching Sunday School and participating in women's ministries. She is preceded in death by her parents, A.J. and Nettie B. Harrison, and her brother Roy Harrison.
Mrs. Mooneyham is survived by her husband of 60 1/2 years, Lester M. Mooneyham, of Milton; her son, Gary (Ellen) Mooneyham, of Milton; daughter, Joan (Don) Miller, of Marianna, FL; four granddaughters, Kacy Mooneyham, Susan (Hardy) Smith, Donna (Jerry) Cordle, Marcia (Chris) Corbett; and five great grandchildren, Sarah and Emily Smith, Jacob and Lauren Cordle, and Lance Corbett.
Funeral services will be 11:00AM, Friday, April 6, 2007, at Bagdad 1st Assembly of God Church with Rev. Ricky Tedder officiating. Burial will follow in Serenity Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00PM, Thursday, April 5, 2007 at Bagdad 1st Assembly of God Church.
Active pallbearers will be David Beach, Clint Anderson, Lloyd Fowler, Danny Glass, Danny Bateman, Tim Gabbard, and Victor Willis.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Ladies Prayer Group of Bagdad First Assembly of God Church.
The family would like to send their sincere thanks to the 4th floor Nursing Staff at Santa Rosa Medical Center, Dr. Dennis R. Mayeaux, and Covenant Hospice at West Florida Hospital for their compassionate care at this most difficult time.
LEWIS FUNERAL HOME in Milton will be in charge of arrangements.
