Lyn and Gary were our best friends as newly married couples in Des Moines. Ted (Hazard) and I sent so many fun weekends with them until they followed their adventures and travel with the Air Force. Of all the women I have known in my many years, Lyn was the most adventurous and courageous---she faced life with a great sense of humor and loved a challenge! I was truly blessed to have had her as a dear friend! My love to Gary and her family, Joan

Lyn was my dear roommate at Drake U. What a fun person! Her stories about travel because of her father at T.W.A. led me to apply for a career there as a flight "hostess". It changed my life and I will be forever grateful to her. It was so good to see her at SAE reunions. She will be missed.J

Lynette and I were members of the class of 1952 at Roslyn High School on Long Island, New York. I can still see Lyn's smiling face when we were students so many years ago, but following graduation our lives took us on different paths, and it wasn't until our 50th high school reunion that I saw Lynette again and met her husband, Gary. A few months later Lynette recognized me at a local gathering place in Breckenridge, CO where we both had vacation homes, and after that we had the opportunity of renewing our friendship. Lynette was a lovely, friendly woman, and my sincere condolences go out to Gary, her children and grand children. May she rest in peace.
