Hello Melita, I was just thinking of you a few days ago and wondered where you were. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I remember spending the night at you house in junior high and how nice your Dad always treated me. At that age most parents just "tolerated" visiting kids, but I remember that he would aways make a point of speaking to me and making me feel welcome. Please share my condolences with your mother.

Hi Melita and hello Mrs Capps
Sorry to hear about your father and husband. I hope that you are doing well. I had heard that Pete had moved to Pensacola many years ago and had often wondered how you all were. Lithium demolished your old house several years ago and when I saw it I thought about all of you.

Well let me go, just wanted to say goodbye and best wishes.

To the family of my dear friend "Pete":

"Pete", that was the name of a great man and friend to me for many years, and I will always treasure the years that we worked together, he was also a very good worker and I would say that he could fix almost anything; he was "the man" to call if something was not working right. After he retired and moved to Florida it was not the end of our friendship, because he never forgot to send me a greeting card call me on the phone or pay me a visit when he came this way, I will miss all those things, but only until that "glorious day" when we will meet again in the presence of our Savior. I Thes. 4:14-18
It is my prayer that the comfort of the Lord is with your hearts in this time of sorrow.

Melita:

I heard about your father's "crossing over" into a better life from Janice Costner. Please accept my sympathies and know that you and your family are in my prayers. Having lost both my parents and brother I understand your loss.

God Bless all of you.
