I was Dr. Booker´s dean assistant many years back when I was in 7th and 8th grade at Ransom. I also remember meeting his son when he came up to see his dad. I loved sitting in his office and chatting with him. Always wanted to get back in touch with him. Rest in peace sir. You were a positive force in my life.

I taught with him in the early 70's at Escambia High. We saw each other at county Math meetings for years. Then I was at Tate I saw him occasionally before he retired. He was a great teacher and a mentor to many youngsters. He will be greatly missed. May God be with you all.
