Darrell Stone Obituary

NEWBURGH – Darrell Stone, 63, passed away April 17, 2014, in Newburgh.
He was born Jan. 20, 1951, in Richmond, Ky.
He was united in marriage May 26, 1973, to Glenda Hafele at St. John's United Church of Christ in Cannelton.
Darrell owned and operated Apple Car Care and was a member of Southern Indiana Athletic Association, refereeing basketball, football and volleyball games. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Darrell is survived by his wife of 41 years, Glenda Stone; daughters, Ashlee Neighbors (Randy) of Rockport and Kacie Wagner (Jon) of Evansville; sons, Jace Stone (Shannon) of Newburgh, Nic Stone (Laura) of Nashville, Tenn. and Tyler Stone (Christina) of Floyd Knobs; parents, Rod and Flo Lamb of Cannelton; sister, Teresa Kuster (Brian) of Bowling Green; brother, Steve Lamb (Michelle) of Tell City; grandchildren, Carter, Reese, Jaxon, Payton, Harper and Avery Stone.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at Huber Funeral Home, Cannelton Chapel, with burial in Cliff Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Warrick County Humane Society.
