Virginia Sue "Ginny" Huddleston, 77, Peru, passed away on Wednesday evening, March 30, 2022, at Miller's Merry Manor, Peru.
Born on July 13, 1944, in Greensburg, Indiana, she was the daughter of George E., Sr., and Mary June Hendrickson Masters. On July 22, 1972, in Mexico, Indiana, she was married to Gene E. Huddleston, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 22, 2000.
She graduated from Bunker Hill High School in 1963 and retired from Grissom Air Force Base. She was an active member of the Mexico Church of the Brethren where she had served as church treasurer.
Survivors include her siblings, Debra J. (Larry) Webb, Winter Haven, Florida; Dave W. (Nancie) Masters, Bonaire, Georgia; stepson, Todd (Mary "Kathy") Huddleston, Peru; step-grandchildren, Tiffany (Geary) Manuel, Peru; and Levi Huddleston, Peru; step-great granddaughter, Zoey Manual, Peru; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother, George E. Masters, Jr.; and sister, Ina Re Masters.
Funeral services will be held 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 4, 2022, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver, Indiana, with Pastor Matty Myers officiating. Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.
Visitation will be from 4-6:00 p.m. on Monday, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Women's Fellowship at the Mexico Church of the Brethren.
