William Miller Obituary
William "Bill" Tyman Miller, Jr., 78, Peru, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at Heritage Park Senior Living in Fort Wayne.
Born December 7, 1943, in Peru, Indiana, he was the son of William Tyman Miller, Sr. and Ruby L. (Lain) Miller. On April 20, 1974, in Peru, Indiana, he was married to the former Dorothy Jane McWhorter, and she preceded him in death on October 30, 2015.
Bill was a member of the first graduating class from North Miami High School, Denver. He was a lifelong farmer, residing his entire life east of Mexico.
Survivors include his son, William Tyman "W.T." (Niki) Miller, Peru; step-daughter, Debra (Tom) Bynes, Peru; and step-son, Don (Lori) Rhodes, Peru; grandchildren, seven grandchildren, Kelly Rhodes, Jason Yoder, Nathan Curtis, Jacob Miller, William Tyman Miller, IV, and Brady Hines; one great-grandchild, Theodore Miller, and another soon expected; and one sister, Kay (Bob) Backman, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and one brother, Michael Lain Miller, and one grandson, Matt Curtis.
Visitation will be from from 5-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at McClain Funeral Home, Denver.
