Dearest Meryl, Our family grieves for our loss while we also rejoice for your release from suffering. We know you are with those loved ones who passed before you, including our dear father John Macri. You and our father shared a special love that enriched your later lives. You didn't have just deep love for one another, but also a true and gleeful affection... it was apparent whenever you were together, flirting and joking and laughing like teenagers at the beach on summer break.
We are so grateful for the love and laughter you brought to all of our lives.

We only knew each other a few years, and I wish it had been longer. What a sweet person, facing life with such grace. I'll miss her.
