Janet Holladay Obituary

CENTRAL — Janet Carol Smith Holladay, 72, of Six Mile Hwy., died Friday, July 2, 2021 at Fleetwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Easley.

Born in Liberty, she was the widow of Franklin Douglas Holladay and the daughter of the late Harrison and Eula Nicholson Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Brad Holladay of the home and Brian Charles "Chuck" Holladay and his wife Pam of Six Mile; two step-daughters, Teresa Dearnley and her husband Karl of Denver, NC and Vickie Holladay formerly of Central; a brother, Tommy Smith and his wife Norma of Anderson; and two grandchildren, Nate Holladay, Allison Holladay.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a step-son, Franklin Holladay.

The family hosted a memorial service at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Monday, July 5, 2021. The family greeted those in attendance following the service. Flowers were accepted or memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 3041 Six Mile Hwy. Central, SC 29630.
