PICKENS — Jonathan Ray Jefferson-Neal, 27, passed from this life on Saturday, Nov. 28, 2020.
Jonathan was born in Oconee County, S.C., son of Bobby Ray Neal and the late Edna Faye Jefferson Neal. He was self-employed in electrical contracting and he was a Baptist. Jonathan was an outdoorsman and loved roosters, hunting and fishing and he was an avid Carolina Gamecocks fan.
Survivors include his father Bobby Ray Neal and step-mother Melissa Neal. Also surviving is a son Shaun Lloyd Neal, sister, Kayla Lynn Cunningham and brother, Timothy Eugene Mathis.
In addition to his mother, Jonathan was preceded in death by his two daughters, Alexa Ann Neal and Miranda Faye Neal.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Dec. 4, 2020 at Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens from 1:30-3:15 p.m. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home chapel at 3:30 p.m. with The Reverend Roger Todd officiating. Burial will be at Six Mile Church of God Cemetery.
