Billy and children, I am so sorry for your loss. I loved Ada and knew her well as my sister's best friend in high school. I will pray for strength for you in your time of sadness.
To Katie: I love you and am sad about your loss, too, knowing that Ada was your best friend and mentor. God bless you.

We fondly remember Miss Ada as a delightful lady whom we enjoyed being around. We are sorry for your loss but feel sure she is in a better place, possibly boating in a Carver!

I had the privilege of knowing Ada since I moved back to Tidewater in 1974. She was a bright, energetic, and caring person. My sincere condolences to her family; I know her passing will leave a big void in their lives, as it will in the lives of everyone who knew her.
