Alice Nell Branch Wills

Alice Nell Branch Wills, 96, of Windsor, Va, widow after 49 years of marriage to Alvah Herrin Wills. Sr. passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 at home surrounded by family and caregivers. She was the daughter of the late, Robert Franklin Branch and Maggie Joyner Branch. She is predeceased by her son and daughter in law, Alvah H. Wills, Jr. (Nita); 2 brothers, Albert and Will Branch; 4 sisters, Thelma Joyner, Maggie Sue Joyner, Daisy Parsons, her twin sister, Annie Belle Harrup and great grandson, Matthew Curle.

She was a lifelong member of Tucker Swamp Baptist Church. The family would like to express a special thanks to her caregivers and hospice staff. This care enabled her to be at home where she could enjoy visits from her children, grandchildren, and friends.

She is survived by 2 sons, Larry D. Wills (Lois) and Barry D. Wills (Brenda); 2 daughters, Brenda Bryant (Tommy) and Robin Wills; 10 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a great great-grandchild.

A visitation will be held an hour prior to the funeral service officiated by Rev. Steve Bradshaw at R.W. Baker & Co., Wakefield Chapel on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Tuckers Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donate to your favorite charity in her memory.
