Anne Ewell Obituary

Anne H. Ewell CHESAPEAKE - Anne H. Ewell, 83, passed away April 15, 2010. She was predeceased by her husband, Eddie Ewell; three sisters, Ruth, Lucille and Josephine; and two brothers, Bill and Hub. She is survived by her son, Joe Ray Miller, his special friend Linda Markham; two grandsons, Donnie Ray and his wife Kristin, T.J. and his wife Erin; and a great-granddaughter, Madelyn. She is also survived by her sister, Betty Easter; a nephew and caregivers, Jerry Easter and his wife Lorraine and special nieces and nephews, Patty, J.W. and Carol, Jeff, Pam, Vickie, Jackie, Betty, Ruthie, Lucille and Thedoshia, especially her "special friends and caregivers" at Leigh Hall Retirement Facility in Norfolk. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Faith Temple Church, 1171 George St., Norfolk, with the Rev. William G. Beagle officiating. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, is handling the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Faith Temple Church.
