Anthony Bailey Obituary
Norfolk - Anthony "Pete" Bailey, 62, of the 2200 block of Barraud Avenue passed away on May 21, 2016. He was predeceased by his parents, Broady M. and Willie Mae Holloway Bailey; sister, Sharon Holloway and brother, Curtis Bailey. He is survived by his estranged wife, Evelyn Cuffee Bailey; daughter, Felecia Bailey-Earl (Wilbert) of Virginia Beach, VA; two sons, Ahkeem Benton of Philadelphia, PA and Antwan Brown-Bailey (mother Katie B. Williams); three granddaughters, Carnecia Bailey of Chesapeake, VA, Fierra Bailey of Virginia Beach, VA and Destine Benton of Honolulu, HI; grandson, Micah Benton of Honolulu, HI; special friend, Diane Lawson; four sisters, Del-Rio Lewis, Delphine Bailey (Van Burton) and Lisa Oden all of Norfolk, VA and Betti Davis of Oxford, NC; five brothers, Maurice Holloway, Dexter Bailey (Angela), Dwayne Bailey (Sharron) and Frank Bailey all of Norfolk, VA and Marshall Bailey of NJ and a host of nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
A funeral service will be held, 11am, Saturday, May 28, 2016 at Metropolitan Funeral Service, 7246 Granby St. Norfolk, VA 23505.
