Bill Fisher Obituary
William went to be with the Lord on September 7, 2020, he was 85 years old. Bill is predeceased by his parents Agnes and William Richard Fisher Sr. and his brother George Fisher. Bill was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps before he worked at the Ford Assembly Plant for 25 years.
Betty went to be with the Lord on December 28, 2020, she was 76 years old. Betty is predeceased by her parents John and Nellie Richardson. Betty was an elementary and ESL teacher who dedicated her life to making children's lives better.
Bill and Betty loved spending time with their friends and family. They loved to travel in their RV and visit various campgrounds around the country. Wherever Bill went, he easily made friends and Betty was his favorite sidekick. Bill and Betty were members of Great Bridge United Methodist Church in Great Bridge. Bill loved singing in the choir and Betty loved helping set up for dinners and charity events.
Bill and Betty are survived by their four children, Rick Fisher (Pam), Mike Fisher (Mary), Larry Max West (Jean) and Robin West. They were blessed with eight Grandchildren and one Great Grandchild. Betty is also survived by her four siblings, Lucille Saunders, Mary Lu Riesenberg, JB Richardson, and Nola Boyd.
Due to current challenges we all face, a private service will be held at Great Bridge United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers Bill and Betty would have preferred you consider a donation to their church and take a moment to acknowledge your loved ones.

Bill and Betty were great friends and rv buddies . Betty and I always tried to get together in March to celebrate our birthdays together she was a very kind and loving friend I will miss her
