A memorial Service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 11 am at Haygood United Methodist Chapel, 4713 Haygood Road in Virginia Beach. I have many a fond memory of me and my brother Mark running amuk at the Meagher homestead, chasing roosters and chickens and watching the peepers. Carrie (and Red) were always a good friends to my mom and dad, Carol and Al. And we still bake Rum cakes to this day just the way Carrie taught us. Love and condolences to all.
