Derrick D. Rand Jr. NORFOLK - Derrick Duane Rand Jr., 19, of the 8000 block of Mariners Cove, died Aug. 24, 2008. A life celebration service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Solid Rock Baptist Church, Chesapeake. J.T. Fisher Funeral Services is in charge.

Derrick you where not only my tutor you where my best friend. I never forgot about you, not once. Just still can't believe your gone its been years but your still on my mind.
