Donald Hankins Obituary
Virginia Beach - Donald Hankins, Jr., passed away July 24, 2014. He is survived by his wife Melissa and his son Donald Hankins III, his mother Joyce and father Donald Hankins, Sr.; 3 brothers, Wesley , Christopher and Joshua Hankins; sister, Jenifer Hankins Bussey and his aunt Penny his second Mom; his grandparents Tom and Irene Hicks and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2014, 6:30pm at Hollomon-Brown Kempsville Chapel (1485 Kempsville Rd., Virginia Beach) with the Rev. Michael C. Smith officiating followed by a celebration of Life at 1200 Minden Rd., Virginia Beach 23464. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com.

I have many great memories of growing up with Donnie Jr. He was always comical and loved being a joker. I wish I could have witnessed his fatherly side, which seems to have suited him well. It was obvious that his son was the center of his universe. My thoughts and prayers are with all of the Hankins family. May you all find peace and healing during this difficult time.
