Eduardo Azares
Chesapeake - Eduardo "Ed" Advincula Azares ,61, a beloved father and husband, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012. He was born in Albay, Bicol, Philippines to Dalmacio and Rosita Azares. Ed retired from U.S. Navy after 20 years in the service. Ed leaves behind his loving wife of 33 years, Zeny Azares; 2 children, Michelle Malonzo and Edward Azares; 3 grand-dogs, Chico, Foxy and Mushu; 2 siblings, Jaime Azares and Nacer Rios; and a host of many relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Dalmacio and Rosita Azares. A viewing will be held at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel on Sat. and Sun., September 22 and 23 at 6 to 9 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, September 24 at St. Matthew Catholic Church. A graveside service with military honors will follow to Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.hollomon-brown.com
