Frances Cando Obituary
Norfolk - Fran Cando, 51, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 16, 2014 at an area hospital. Fran was the last of six children born to Michael and Catherine Cando. As the baby of the family, she was adored by her siblings, Mike, Joe, Phil, Anna, and Chris.
She is survived by her six children, Justin, Kate, Bobby, Anthony, Andrew and Brandon. Fran will be remembered for her gentle soul and kind heart. Her family and friends will celebrate Fran's life and share memories at the home of her sister, Anna Bruun, on Sunday, June 22 from 1pm to 4pm.

Fran, Just found out you had left us. I have never forgotten you. Have lots of fond memories of you on Somme Ave. You were one of a kind for sure. I know you are missed by all that knew you. Rest in Peace.

Oh Fran, one of the hugest figments of my childhood. She made being a tomboy cool & looking back, I know it helped me to know that girls can do anything boys can do! (If not better!!). No one could spin out on a skateboard like her! The night she bought her Toyota 4x4 truck, I got up all night to check the window to see if she was home yet. She brought 6 legacies into this world and my heart is so heavy for all of the family!! Lots of love to Anna, Rachael, Ashlie and your families.

I went to grade school with Fran and High School. She was a great athlete and loved sports - she was one of a kind and will be missed. I feel so bad for her family and I will pray that God will look after all of them for Fran.
