Francis Clinton Kelley

Francis Clinton (Clint) Kelley SCPO USN (ret) passed away September 28, 2021. He is survived by his devoted wife Eleanor; daughter Megan and her partner, Michael Hill; and 3 grandchildren, Hasaan, Toray and Destiny. Clint was born and grew up in Illinois and traveled extensively throughout the world, first as a military man and then as a private defense contractor and as a tourist with his wife El. In his post military career Clint became a respected and sought after information and cyber security professional. Clint was a long term member of Bayside Kiwanis and member of Fleet Reserve. He loved Jimmy Buffet music, boating, golfing, a martini at sunset and a good scotch in the evenings. Over the course of his life,

he owned several sail and power boats and was a licensed boat captain. He leaves behind a legacy of love for his family, devotion to duty, a successful professional life, many friends and will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
