Frank Heath Obituary
Frank Sawyer Heath, born April 23, 1942, passed away from Cancer on December 1, 2023. He was predeceased by his parents, Frank Miland and Sarah Marie Heath of Norfolk, VA, and brother-in-law, Donald J. Toppins of Sand Springs OK, and many cousins.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Janet Henry Heath, his daughter Janet Lynne Heath and son Frank Henry Heath and wife Lindsay Dixon Heath and their two daughters Sawyer Ann and Elliott Grace, all of Norfolk, VA, granddaughter Bailey Elizabeth Heath of Austin, TX, his sister Barbara Toppins of Sand Springs, OK and many close cousins.
Frank attended public school in Norfolk, VA as well as Tidewater Community College where he completed an Associate Degree. He was employed by Green Gifford Motor Co. for over 35 years and left to start his second career, farming, in Harrellsville, NC, which became his second home. He loved all things outdoors, especially hunting with his friends and family.
He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and attended Central Baptist Church, both in Norfolk, VA.
Frank's love for his family and friends was unparalleled.
A memorial service followed by a reception will be held Saturday, December 16th at 11am at Central Baptist Church, 701 West Onley Road, Norfolk, VA 23507.
